Designed for up to 12 guests, Dolce Villa Toscana offers six bedrooms, five bathrooms and generous indoor living spaces. The villa’s spacious open-plan living and dining room flows into a large, fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming place to cook, dine and relax together. Air conditioning throughout and a warm Tuscan interior ensure a comfortable stay for families and groups.
Large windows and garden doors on both sides of the villa connect the interior with the garden and surrounding landscape, while bringing plenty of natural light inside.

The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 12 guests.
The spacious kitchen is centred around a large island with a five-zone induction hob and a downdraft extractor. A wall of fitted cabinets contains two ovens, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a wine cooler. An espresso machine completes the kitchen equipment. The island has seating for six, providing a comfortable place to eat, work, or spend time together while meals are being prepared.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a fixed king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. Two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm, which can also be arranged together as a king-size bed of 180 × 200 cm. The sixth bedroom is a multifunctional room with a queen-size sofa bed measuring 160 × 200 cm and can also be used as a study or playroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The rooms vary in size from 13 to 23 square meters and feature a warm Tuscan atmosphere with terracotta floors, wooden beams, and traditional furniture. Several bedrooms offer views of the surrounding countryside, vineyards, swimming pool and San Gimignano.
The villa has five bathrooms, including one en-suite bathroom and one bathroom conveniently located on the ground floor. The spacious main bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate rain shower and two washbasins, with beautiful views over the vineyards and Tuscan hills.
All five bathrooms have modern rain showers and toilets. Three bathrooms have two washbasins, while the other two have one washbasin. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. Natural-coloured tiles, wooden details and clean modern finishes create a warm style that complements the traditional character of the villa.
