This spacious villa features five luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a private room where you can retreat—perfect for catching up on work if needed. With Starlink’s lightning-fast internet, working in the cloud is seamless. This room can also be easily converted into an additional bedroom.
The villa boasts modern furnishings and a fully equipped luxury kitchen, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience. Spend sunny days by the saltwater pool (5.5 x 12 meters), which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards.

We are Ronald and Jeske from the Netherlands. Since 2000, we have visited Italy every year, drawn by the beauty of the country. Tuscany, with its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and amazing cuisine, is our favorite part. A few years ago, we made our dream come true by buying and renovating this beautifull villa here.
We are already enjoying the peace and beauty of Tuscany with our two daughters, family, and friends but when we are not here, we love to share our home with you, so that others can experience the magic of Tuscany too.
Our completely renovated Tuscan villa offers a perfect balance of modern luxury and authentic charm. This spacious villa has everything you need for a relaxing and stylish stay, with stunning views over the rolling hills and vineyards of Tuscany.
5 (+1) Bedrooms: Each bedroom is furnished with new, comfortable beds:5x king size (180×200), of which 2 can be separated into 2 separate beds (e.g. for kids)”. The bedrooms radiate warmth and atmosphere thanks to the wooden-beamed ceilings and classic terracotta floors. A sixth room on the ground floor can also be used as an extra bedroom.The windows in all the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
5 Bathrooms: All bathrooms are modern and equipped with a rain shower. One bathroom has a bathtub from which you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. This offers the ultimate moment of relaxation after a day of exploring.
Living room and dining room: The bright living room and dining room have travertine floors and large garden doors that let in lots of natural light. These give direct access to the garden and offer beautiful views of the Tuscan hills.
Open Kitchen: The luxurious open kitchen features a large kitchen island, a 5-burner induction stove, two ovens, a large refrigerator and a wine cooler. This space is perfect for extensive family cooking while everyone can socialize.
Multifunctional Room: At ground level we have an additional room that can be used flexibly as a study, playroom for the children or as an extra bedroom for two.
Air conditioning: All rooms have newly installed, whisper-quiet air conditioning, so you will always enjoy cool and comfortable spaces during hot summer days.
Superfast Internet: Thanks to Starlink, you can effortlessly work online, stream or share your holiday on social media.
360 degree views: The villa is fantastically situated with 360 degree views. Vineyards all around. Hills in the distance. And a panoramic view of the famous towers of San Gimignano
Garden: The villa is set in a spacious garden that offers lots of privacy, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses and with stunning views of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. A perfect place to unwind.
Saltwater Pool: The 5.5 x 12 meter saltwater pool offers refreshment and relaxation with a panoramic view.
Outdoor dining: Long tables in the garden invite you to dine outdoors together and enjoy local wines while the sun sets.
BBQ area: Behind the house is a traditional shed (the old forno) a kamado is available for barbecuing.
Future Expansion: In the 1st quarter of 2025, the old fienile (the old shed) will be demolished. Then we have a direct connection between the villa and the pool. Right in between we will make a terrace.
Villa prices range from EUR 500 per night in low season to EUR 850 per night in high season, excluding final cleaning.

The villa is located in the municipality of San Gimignano, famous for its impressive medieval towers that dominate the village's skyline. One of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a unique glimpse into the past. Don't forget to make a stop at Gelateria Dondoli, voted the best ice cream seller in the world!
Just 40 km (about a 40-minute drive) from the villa is Florence, the capital of Tuscany and cradle of the Renaissance. Admire the masterpieces in the famous Galleria degli Uffizi, stroll through the impressive Duomo di Firenze and cross the Ponte Vecchio for an enchanting view of the Arno River. Florence offers a unique blend of art, culture, fashion and culinary delights.
Only 40 km away (about a 40-minute drive), Siena is also a must-see. The city is known for the historic Piazza del Campo, where the spectacular Palio horse race takes place twice a year. Visit the magnificent Duomo di Siena with its impressive marble interior and discover the narrow, medieval streets full of charm and atmosphere.
If you want a day at the beach, the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia are 100 km (about 1 hour and 30 minutes drive) from the villa. The beaches of seaside resorts like Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi offer a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a day of sun, sea and sand, combined with the famous Italian coastal atmosphere.
The villa is located on the edge of the Chianti region, which is famous for its beautiful vineyards and picturesque hills. Take a leisurely drive through the rolling countryside, visit local wineries for tastings and enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch overlooking the vineyards. This area offers countless photo opportunities and a deeper introduction to the famous Tuscan wines.
About 75 km away (1 hour and 15 minutes) are the cities of Pisa and Lucca. In Pisa you can admire the world-famous Torre Pendente (The Leaning Tower) and visit the impressive Piazza dei Miracoli. Lucca, with its intact city walls, is ideal for a leisurely bike ride through the old town and offers a mix of history, charm and delicious Italian cuisine.
Located 85 km away (1 hour and 25 minutes drive), the picturesque region of Val d'Orcia offers one of Italy's most iconic landscapes. With its rolling hills, cypress trees and medieval villages such as Montalcino and Pienza, this area is a paradise for hikers, photographers and lovers of unspoiled nature.
Just 5 kilometers away is the charming medieval village of Certaldo, birthplace of the famous poet Boccaccio. The higher historical part of the village, Certaldo Alto, offers narrow streets, beautiful views and an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. Certaldo is perfect for a quiet afternoon stroll or a pleasant meal at a local restaurant.
