Designed for up to 12 guests, Dolce Villa Toscana offers six bedrooms, five bathrooms and generous indoor living spaces. The villa’s spacious open-plan living and dining room flows into a large, fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming place to cook, dine and relax together. Air conditioning throughout and a warm Tuscan interior ensure a comfortable stay for families and groups.
At both sides of the villa door windows make a connection with garden and landscape. And it provides lots of light inside.

The kitchen is luxurious and big. The island with a 5 zones cooking top and down draft invites for cooking great meals. At the wall is a big kitchen closet with appliances as oven and microwave – oven, fridge, freezer and dish washer. An espresso coffee machines completes kitchen equipment. The island has 6 seats, which provide a place to eat, work, or just accompany the people cooking.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a fixed king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. Two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm, which can also be arranged together as a king-size bed of 180 × 200 cm. The sixth bedroom is a multifunctional room with a queen-size sofa bed measuring 160 × 200 cm and can also be used as a study or playroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The rooms vary in size from 13 to 23 square metres and feature a warm Tuscan atmosphere with terracotta floors, wooden beams and traditional furniture. Several bedrooms offer views of the surrounding countryside, vineyards, swimming pool and San Gimignano.
The villa has five bathrooms, including one en-suite bathroom and one bathroom conveniently located on the ground floor. The spacious main bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate rain shower and two washbasins, with beautiful views over the vineyards and Tuscan hills.
All five bathrooms have modern rain showers and toilets. Three bathrooms have two washbasins, while the other two have one washbasin. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. Natural-coloured tiles, wooden details and clean modern finishes create a warm style that complements the traditional character of the villa.
