Rates & booking conditions
The rates shown in the calendar are non-refundable rates. A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due two months before arrival.
Prefer more flexibility? A refundable rate with no upfront deposit is also available on request.
Additional costs: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are € 275 – € 400 per stay, depending on the number of guests. A local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person, per night applies to guests aged 14 and over.
